'The Racing Insiders' Talks Racing From Down Under, WRC, and More
Altamonte Springs, FL/February 18, 2014-
The Racing Insiders is back with another great episode as host Bill Wood and co-hosts Jeff Lepper, Peter Keane, and Jim Daniels give their viewers a great week of racing action from around the world. The team takes a look at the upcoming IMSA test at Sebring International Raceway for the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship and Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, where teams will try to gain valuable information on how to best tackle the 12 Hours of Sebring.
Also on tap are interviews with Michael Pettiford, President of GO 4 IT Services Inc., who has won 35 RMD National Championships - more than anyone else in SCCA history - as well as "Crazy" Leo Urlichich, a Russian-born Canadian Rally driver currently competing in the Canadian and the US national championships.
As always, the crew also makes room for some great discussion on the latest hot topics in motorsport.
• What challenges will the former Grand Am teams face at Sebring compared to the former ALMS teams?
• What more can be done to train drivers for avoiding incidents like what happened at Daytona and Bathurst earlier this year?
• How hard will the transition from four-wheel drive to two-wheel be this year for Leo Urlichich in the DMACK Fiesta Trophy Championship?
Find out the answers and opinions to all these and more on this week's episode!
