Sebastian Loeb shattered the old Pikes Peak record in an 875 hp Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak. But the real story might be the record shattered by an Electric Monster.

Liam Doran and Toomas Heikkinen win big in Global Rallycross at the X Games Munich doubleheader event. We get some background on that Global event.

Richard Westbrook talks about the 24 Hours of LeMans
and gives us some insider information about the new Corvette C7.

And we talk to Formula Drift defending champion 24 Hours of LeMans right after his win in Wall, NJ, The Gauntlet.

"The Racing Insiders" is a weekly "talking heads" 30-minute news show, covering Pro and Club Sports Car racing in North America. The Show is focused on providing passionate fans with "Behind the scenes, cutting edge information. Each show provides conversation on a variety of topics from the top pro racing series (Grand Am, ALMS, World Challenge, Global RallyCross and Rally America) as well as the Club/Amateur racing community (Sport Car Club of America "SCCA" National Auto Sports Association "NASA") giving viewer's in-depth knowledge.

The Racing Insiders airs weekly, on Thursdays at 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM and again on Saturdays at 12:30 noon, on the MAVTV Network with a subscriber base of 26,000,000 households and available to 63,000,000 households with a target demographic of 25 to 54 year olds. MAVTV's programming includes several Motorsport programs and, is owned by Forest Lucas, of Lucas Oil. Lucas Oil has the naming rights to the Indianapolis Colts' football stadium and now "bookends" the 2013 American racing season with the "ARCA Lucas Oil 200" raced in January at Daytona and October's IndyCar season finale "MAVTV American Real 500" at Auto Club Speedway in Southern California.
